This page explains what information Evergreen Compliance collects through this website and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you type into our forms: your name, role, company or association, email, optional phone number, building names or addresses, number of buildings, QEM status, package interest and any message.
- Emails you send us and the files you choose to attach.
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operations.
How we use it
Only to respond to your request, prepare a Building Snapshot or quote, provide the services you engage us for, keep business records, and follow up about your request. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.
Who processes it for us
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers form submissions to our email.
- Google Workspace hosts our email.
- Cloudflare hosts this website.
- Stripe processes payments if you become a client. We never ask for card or bank numbers by email or phone.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for the engagement plus the period required for tax and business records.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, or to opt out of further contact, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. Please don't send passwords, utility logins, bank details or tenants' personal information through our forms.
Do Not Track and third parties
Because we don't track visitors across sites or over time, we don't change anything in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals. We don't allow third parties to collect information about your online activity on our site for advertising.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
